Post  Forest Dog Rescue on Wed Sep 28, 2011 3:13 pm

A nice lad but needs to be the only dog in the house as does have a history of falling out with other male dogs in the household.

well behaved little fella

Post  Lala on Wed Sep 28, 2011 10:25 pm

Steve took Bren for a walk last weekend and was impressed because he is really well behaved on the lead (the dog, not Steve) and a very affectionate dog.

Look how cute he is!!!!

Bren

Post  anne j on Thu Sep 29, 2011 8:22 pm

Walked Bren yesterday and I found him to be very well behaved, he's quite lively considering he seems a little over weight. Strolled along gently, looking back each time i said something to him, he's certainly alert enough, he managed to find a biscuit someone didn't want just as the light was starting to fade! He'll make a lovely family member, didnt mind a cuddle, mind you it was a quick one but thats better than nothing. Looking forward to walking him again if he hasn't already found his forever home!Smile

Walked Bren today and must say that he is indeed a well behaved boy. He walks well and is very affectionate. I tried him in the playpen but he wasn't too interested in playing so we just went on with the walk. The one thing he loved doing a lot was scraping, kicking up some grass and some dust (straight into my face.... Shocked) not only after peeing and other such activities, but after almost everything he did....including drinking Laughing. Just that you know, the bowl by the bench in the corner of the top field is now officially his, don't you dare drinking from it lol!.

Bren is a lovely chap, who is perhaps a little bit on the chunky side at the moment, but still a very handsome looking dog.

What a Gent. Lovely little chap, scatters the ground lots after doing his business looking at you as if to say hey I'm hiding it you don't need to pick it up, look I've covered it in leaves, dog mess......what dog mess? Full of character.

Bren in the rain

Post  AnnieP on Thu Dec 08, 2011 7:47 pm

Bren enjoyed the patio area, but wasn't interested in playing ball, just enjoyed the freedom and sniffing around. He walked well on the lead, and sat for a treat. He kept looking up at me while I talked to him, definately a "people" dog.

Was today this little mans day???

Post  Jeanette on Sun Dec 11, 2011 2:24 pm

Bren was out walking with me this morning when a lovely family stopped to give him a second look, thats all it takes with this little chap, someone to notice him. He was his usual happy self, sat nicely and took treats, then went for a wander with the man, showing he doesn't pull and walks very well indeed. My fingers are crossed for you little man.
