Chloe - Staffie, Bitch (5-6 Years)

Post  F on Wed Dec 21, 2011 10:14 pm

Chloe really is quite a sad sight at the moment. She came to us after finding herself on death row in a Stray Pound.

She is extremely overweight, however she still enjoys a walk and even a short jog!

Chloe gets on well with people and dogs, and just needs someone with the time to get her back in shape again

Chloe is a lovely dog. Very chilled out with a quiet demeanour. Despite her weight she definitely enjoys being active and can be very agile, especially if she can smell some cheese around lol! She is very sweet with Chance and they love walking together, side by side very, very close together. Chloe and Chance would make excellent companions to that special person who would be willing to offer a forever home to them both.

sarah and i got to walk chloe and chance..what beautiful dogs though chloe is on the large size like a barrel to be honest.. Very Happy this does not slow her down and she wears a staffie smile all round the fields.you could quite easily forget how large she is and theres no stopping her.. a little grey round the mouth suggests shes older than other staffs at the kennels lets hope this doesn't put people off as shes certainly a fun girl to be around!

Got to walk Chloe again yesterday, so off we went with Emma and Chance. They both seemed to be in very good spirits and enjoyed their walk very much. I am pleased to say that nothing much has changed since I last walked Chloe, she is still a very lovely dog, calm and well behaved. Her and Chance are so sweet together and I really hope that the special person who could offer a home to both of them will be coming their way soon. In the meantime, we will enjoy their antics here at FDR. wag wag wag

Aww just look at these 2, Chloe and Chance playing along with their walkers, I'm sure Chloe has lost weight! plus it's the first time I've seen her play with anything, bless, she's obviously feeling so much more like it with less weight, she still has a way to go but hey hoy, who doesn't! Really hope we can rehome these 2 together x

Chloe is such a sweet girl who loves her walks and cuddles but most of all loves her treats which shows as shes not the tiniest of staffs but i have been told she has lost alot of weight since she came to fdr. She is very rarely out without her dear not so little boy Chance who she loves so much. Together they really are a lovely family who need a special family to join.

Chloe and Chance

Post  Terri on Wed Mar 21, 2012 9:27 pm

Myself, husband and 2 of our service users came on Sunday to walk a few dogs. Nearing the end of our time we were asked to walk Chloe and Chance. What a lovely couple of dogs. I walked Chloe, and Wilf, my husband, had the great job of walking Chance. I think i got the better deal as Chance was into everthing. lol. We walked them around top and bottom fields. Chloe was a dream to walk, plodding along sniffing. Chance on the other hand was on the go. We then found out that both have a soft spot for rabbit droppings. It was then that the fun began, trying to keep them away from, what they considered treats. All in all we had a lovely walk. Would have loved to have adopted them if I had a bigger house and less pets.
