Chance - Staffie, Dog (2-3 Years)

Post  F on Thu Dec 22, 2011 11:02 pm

Chance is a handsome boy who came to us as he was on death row in a Stray Pound. He is a strong boy, but can walk nicely on a lead when given firm instruction. He also seems to get on fine with other dogs.

Chance is a little confused about all the changes in his life at the moment and just needs some consistancy and reassurance.

Moma Mia

Post  Jeanette on Sat Dec 31, 2011 12:54 pm

Take a Chance on me! I walked Chance with another volunteer walker who walked his Mom Chloe. Chance walked well with Chloe they interacted beautifully and it was great to see. We went into the patio area but neither were really interested at playing with toys or sitting for treats. Both walked freely off the lead, investigating the patio, all areas, coming when called and no problem going back on lead to finish the walk. It would be wonderful if these two could be rehomed together, Nina (the other volunteer walker) said that on his own Chance is a bit of a tough guy, with his Moma he is a softie!

These two are just so sweet together, walking side by side, their bodies touching. Chance gets stressed when he is not close to Chloe and doesn't like being walked without her. There is no aggression in him, he just gets a bit difficult to handle as he is not interested in a walk and just wants to go back to Chloe, if walked without her. I really, really hope there is somewhere out there that special person that could offer these two a forever home together.

Aww just look at these 2, Chloe and Chance playing along with their walkers, I'm sure Chloe has lost weight! plus it's the first time I've seen her play with anything, bless, she's obviously feeling so much more like it with less weight, she still has a way to go but hey hoy, who doesn't! Really hope we can rehome these 2 together x

This gorgeous looking boy looks tough but he's really a soft mummys boy. Loves to go for walks to explore with his mum Chloe. Such a sweet pair who want nothing more than a special home for them to share.

Chance walked so nicely for me at the weekend, i took him out along with another walker and Chloe. We took them both to the playpen where they enjoyed running around and spending some quality mother and son time. One thing I've learnt very quickly at fdr is never judge a dog by breed or looks, if you want to know what I mean come and see one of the many staffs here, they will surprise you so much!
