Neo - Staffie, Dog (4-5 years)

Post  Forest Dog Rescue on Tue Jun 14, 2011 2:03 pm

Neo is a very loving, happy chap who walks well on the lead. He seems to be good with other dogs and would live with children over the age of 5.

Neo has only just arrived at the rescue so we will provide more information as it becomes available

Basketball Basketball Basketball You will need a plentiful supply with Neo, he loves a good play but is gentle to retrieve the ball from, he was hot & all played out today so a paddle & a good brush went down well, I love the way he lies with his back legs like a frog, he was happy to be handled & given a good cuddle. A real fun chap who would keep you fit!!!

Neo is such a little sweetheart, I absolutely love walking him. He's so loving. He walks well on the lead, loves his cuddles and especially loves the play area! He's so well behaved with a ball, too. All you have to do is say 'leave' once and he does! Such a loving little boy! I love you

Wow this little fellow is brill this is the second time I have spent time with him & I can't think why he has had no visitors, he is the perfect family boy, well mannered, fun cuddly & just a joy, he takes no notice of the other dogs out walking & really listens to you talking to him & a game in the play pen is just the icing on the cake, he really should be enjoying himself with his own family so come & see him PLEASE give him a chance

Sounds Like a Steam Train - No its Neo!

Post  Jeanette on Tue Jul 12, 2011 1:05 pm

Well what a boy! He is a bit noisey, it has to be said, he burps too, likes to choose his own toys and loves the paddling pool. This chap was my last one to walk today and and wiped me out of treats, giving me a big burp after so I know how much he appreciated them. Neo is interested in everything around him, a bit nosey and would love to join in with whatever is going on. If you can keep up with him and always find another distraction for him, then check him out, but be on your guard he will be checking you out too!

Neo

Post  anne jenkins on Sun Jul 17, 2011 8:31 am

Little powerful Neo, what a charmer, playpen first stop, running and fetching like he knows he's against the clock, brings it back and so obedient, put the toys away and straight to the bar, really long refreshing drink and we're off on a nice steady walk round the fields, taking in all the views not missing a thing but walking so nicely all the time.
Couldn't believe how he just sat there to have his lead put back on after his playtime in the playpen, really lovely well mannered little fella, good luck Neo and I'll just make the most of you while you're with us x

Neo Needs a Home

Post  jesses mum on Tue Jul 26, 2011 1:06 am

This little star of a Staffie needs a home ASAP, older children to play with would be fine as he is a very gentle gentleman when playing, a Dad to go on a good walk with & a Mum to cuddle up on the sofa with at the end of the day would be the icing on the cake.

However if only one of the above were available Neo would take that, he is just so ready for his own people, the staff & volunteers give all the TLC & companionship they can & this little chap never complains, gets stressed or naughty he just takes life as it comes, but sometimes as it was today the sun was shining & it was just the day for a roll in the grass & then a siesta in the shade, not the day to have to go back into a kennel.

So come on all you Staffie lovers this is one special little man just waiting patiently for you to come & see him, you will not be dissapointed!!1

Neo is such a special little man! Definitely deserving and ready for a new home. Took him for a walk and to the playpen the other day and he was so excited he actually dropped the ball before we left Shocked

little man..Neo!

Post  elka on Sun Aug 28, 2011 11:51 pm

This fella doesn't catch everyones eye at first...but once u get to know him he's quite a fun little guy. i have never met a staffie that looks like he's frowning, when in fact he's a very charming up beat happy staffie who is always up for a game of ball and chase. he is very good at giving the ball back and quite contented to sit out in the fields for a chillax, tummy rub a few treats and to watch the world go by! he's a typically staffy in the way that he licks you to say his 'hello' and 'i really like you'!
